DESCRIPTION:Rotary has committed to support Applefest on Saturday 7 March. 
 We will have a rotary marquee where we can chat with members of the pubic 
 and talk all things Rotary. The Applefest Committee is expecting to be inu
 ndated with lots of visitors and has secured some parcels of private land 
 for additional parking. They are now seeking Rotarians to volunteer as par
 king attendants for a 1.5 hour shift in the morning and then afterwards in
 vite you to enjoy the festivities and of course drop in to the Rotary Marq
 uee. Tasks: See Volunteer signup list for shifts Marquee Setup: 8.30am –
  9.30am Marquee Welcome & Chat [please wear Rotary top / badge]  10.00am
 -11.30am Parking First shift:  9.30 to 11.00am 9.15am meet at Cumberland
  Hotel to carpool to Harcourt. 9.30am report to Volunteer marquee corner H
 igh & Victoria Sts for instructions. Parking Second shift: 10.45 to 12.00 
 or when park full 10.30am meet at Cumberland Hotel to carpool to Harcourt.
